A GUIDE TO RELEASE THE HIPS

Do you spend a lot of time sitting? Do you believe that your time spent sitting contributes towards lower back, hip and/or pelvic pain?

We've made this video for you to use as a stop / start guide to help you to release those oh-so-tight hips of yours. All of these release exercises use a yoga strap and/or a yoga block. If these small props aren't available, you can easily substitute them for a long-ish towel (as a strap) and a thick book (as a block).
