How to manage ‘Swimmer’s Shoulder’

As good as swimming is for your physical and mental health, like any other sport or activity, it predisposes those who do it regularly to certain injuries. The most common of these injuries is 'Swimmer's Shoulder'. This refers to pain commonly characterised by niggling pain at the side and/or back of the shoulder girdle. In this video we cover a few simple techniques that can be used to help alleviate the symptoms of swimmer's shoulder.

Be sure to do these before you hop into the water and 1 - 2 x daily on your rest days.
