What to do when you have a headache

The last thing you want to do when you have a headache is try to think of what you need to do to ease the pain. That’s why we made this simple-to-watch video for you! Headaches can be caused by a number of reasons and in this video, we are addressing the musculoskeletal causes of headaches by addressing neck and jaw mobility/flexibility.

Be sure to take it easy; don’t go too hard, just ease into it and see how these release exercises make your head feel. If they do in fact help, that’s a sure sign that your headaches are being caused by tightness and/or stiffness through these areas. Along with these exercises (and more!), manual therapy can really assist in treating these areas to reduce your symptoms.
